You may choose one of these programs, design your own or choose a single service with the help of a Personal Health Coach. Our packaged programs all include a savings off of ala carte pricing. StressReliever

 

Stress not only creates anxiety but can lead to a host of other symptoms and health concerns. Learning ways to cope with stress on your own by creating more calm and balance can be life changing. Choose less stimulating foods and those that enhance natural energy, when needed. Learn to tame constant "mind chatter" and negative thought patterns. Practice using other tools to calm the nervous system regularly so that you are less prone to unhealthy stress levels and adrenal fatigue.

Purify&Nourish

 

The negative effects of toxicity on our bodies is becoming more and more pronounced. A whole food detoxification can improve a variety of symptoms and learning how to eat a predominantly whole food diet can greatly improve your resistance in the future. This 6-week program is designed to examine your current eating behaviors and purify your body, identify sensitivities and learn basic whole food eating strategies for general health. The results will astound you - from weight loss to clearer skin, more energy, better sleep, improved mood and more!

VitalityBoost

 

There is an ever growing complaint of general fatigue, brain fog and lack of vitality. Learn the difference between foods that drain and those that support sustained energy. Work toward gradually weaning off of addictive foods that give an unnatural, and short-lived, boost. Meet with a personal fitness trainer who will assess your current fitness level and make recommendations to improve overall movement and better stamina.

PainRelief

 

Living with acute or chronic muscular pain can be debilitating. Many clients suffer specifically from neck and back pain and others are looking for complementary solutions to other medical pain management. We focus on nutrition to reduce inflammation, and if indicated, introduce gentle massage to work on tension and release endorphins which act as a natural pain reducer. A comprehensive movement and fitness level assessment will help us understand if there are any movement restrictions or limitations that may be affecting other areas of the body, as well.

AthleticEdge

 

Are you preparing for a marathon or other event? Do you want to improve your current sport or just want to achieve a very specific conditioning goal? Then the Athletic Edge program is for you! Work closely with a personal fitness trainer to improve performance or challenge yourself to go to the next level of fitness. Encourage recovery with custom massage and receive valuable informatoin about how to continue to improve your sport or hobby. SleepWell

 

Sleep. This is one critical lifestyle issue that seems to be affecting more people every day. Lack of sleep not only creates irritability and lower functioning but, if not addressed, can lead to serious conditions including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, severe anxiety and more. Learn how food choices, breath awareness and other stress reducing techniques can help ease the most restless sleeper into a blissful slumber. Foundations

 

Looking for a healthy lifestyle transformation? The 90-day Foundations Program has a strong emphasis on all 6 Pillars of Health: eating strategies, movement, positive thought patterns, personal connections, overall joy and sleep. Weekly action plans help keep you moving forward as you meet with several of our team on a regular basis to establish new, healthy lifestyle behaviors. This program is considered by our clients to be the "Total Wellness Boot Camp" and is designed for deep self-discovery and long-term lifestyle change.
