Michele Bell

Personal Health & Nutrition Coach
Michele Bell is co-founder of OneWellness and a leader in the health, medical and wellness integration industries. She has been a recognized member of the wellness community for over 25 years. Michele has worked with exclusive health clubs, clinical offices, wellness centers and day spas across the country and has held executive management positions overseeing nearly 70 centers at a time. As an industry consultant, she has developed customized wellness integration programs that have been implemented in centers from coast-to-coast and has seen, first hand, the continuing challenges that most people face establishing and maintaining a consistent program. Michele is a certified Life Coach with a concentration on wellness advising and behavior modification. She is also a certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor and graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC with a focus on whole food nutrition. This education awarded her recognition by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Michele speaks nationally and has written for, Nutrition Business Journal, Club Success and numerous other industry-specific publications. She was also a contributing writer for the Pregnancy Companion iPhone application in the areas of whole food nutrition and natural symptom management. Her private clientele consists of all ages and health-related goals. As a former, professionally trained dancer, avid fitness enthusiast and active participant in the wellness community, Michele brings a natural passion to staying active and living a healthy lifestyle and understands the importance of maintaining balance in life. Her professional experience and diverse education has led her to a deep understanding of what clients need to be successfully integrated into a total wellness program. This led to the idea and development of OneWellness; a practice designed to provide personalized wellness program support. In private practice Michele is dedicated to understanding her client's very individual needs. She offers a wide-range of clientele the structure and non-judgmental support they need...and even a little bit of fun along the way!

Josué Figueroa

Athletic Trainer & Licensed Massage Therapist
Josué Figueroa is co-founder of OneWellness. He has been in the athletic, fitness and wellness community for over 20 years. As a young athlete, Josué excelled in a variety of sports including track and field, boxing and basketball. His love for sports led him to pursue an education in wellness and his studies have earned him some of the highest certifications in the industry. Josué is a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also a certified fitness trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In addition, he became a flexibility technician focusing on Active Isolated stretching techniques. In 2005, Josué completed his coursework and became recognized as a New York state licensed massage therapist (LMT), granted through the world-renowned Swedish Institute of NY. He has since become licensed in the state of California. His studies included a focus on both Western and Eastern modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, unwinding, Shiatsu and Thai. Josué has worked with industry leaders on both coasts including New York Sports Clubs, Reebok Sports Club/NY, Pacific Athletic Club, Paul LaBreque Salon, Sen Spa, and Axis Performance Centers. His private clientele includes an impressive list of top executives and athletes. He was chosen to provide pre and post-game massage for the U.S. Open from 2005 to 2009 and received a commendation from the U.S. Tennis Association's senior trainer. Josué's unique skill set affords his clients the opportunity to work with a professional who has a diverse background in both fitness and body work. He shares his passion for movement and teaches body awareness along with the importance of integrating a variety of health & fitness modalities. Josué has a contagious love for life and works comfortably with all ages and fitness levels from the novice to the professional athlete.

Ranya Anabtawi

Certified Yoga Instructor
Ranya Anabtawi is a student of yoga for seventeen years and teacher for the last eight. She integrates her grounded, calm, playful and often profound sessions with her belief that students can benefit from a yoga practice not only for themselves, but for the benefit of others. Her yoga background is extensive. Having studied many modalities such as Asthanga, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga she draws from this knowledge to expertly create a custom routine for her clients. Ranya's intuitive sense and gentle guiding voice inspires students to find their inner teacher and to let that guidance bring ease to their body and being. “She really wants the best for her students and I couldn't be more appreciative of her insight, patience, and positivity.”

Geri Wohl

Personal Health & Nutrition Coach
Geri Wohl is Certified Nutrition Consultant and Nutrition Educator with a bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from Wellsley College and a nutrition certification from
Bauman College. She is trained in holistic and whole foods nutrition with a strong emphasis on lifestyle behavior change. She is also a member of NANP (National Association of Nutrition Professionals) and a nutrition consultant for WellnessFX. Geri has an expertise in assessing lifestyle behaviors and then working closely with clients to make appropriate adjustments for optimum health. As a Personal Health Coach, she has the gift of understanding each client's individual goals and personal challenges and approaches program design that embraces these unique differences. As a Nutrition Consultant she supports clients with healthy weight loss, hormone regulation, inflammation and overall healthy eating strategies. She has a passion for supporting clients with specific medical conditions or during treatment protocols, as her early career revolved around cancer and immunology research. She also enjoys encouraging teens to improve their eating habits through cooking classes and educational workshops. Geri lives in Woodside with her husband and has proudly raised two children. In her spare time she can be found biking, gardening or participating in group exercise classes!

Suzette Kibler

Certified Massage Therapist
Suzette has been a massage therapist and health and body care practitioner for more than 20 years. She has extensive training and esperience with a wide range of training in both Eastern and Western bodywork modalities. Her special focus is deep relaxation via myofascial manipulation and energetic release and uses multiple techniques to customize each massage. Suzette has experience and special training in healthcare, massage for medical patients and pre and perinatal massage. She has trained as a Registered Nurse and apprenticed with two Palo Alto based midwives. Suzette is a mother, an avid vegan cook, and a dog rescue foster and volunteer.

David Wilson

Therapeutic Hypnotherapist
David Wilson is a medical hypnotherapist with over 12 years of professional experience and hundreds of clients who have been able to break through barriers that were previously holding them back. He is also a professor at the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy. David works with a variety of populations and, in addition to his private work, has a series of Attaining Perfect Health CD's including focus on Sleep, Perfect Weight, Smoking Cessation, Reducing Pain and Swelling of Arthritis and Succssful Surgery and Rapid Healing. Some of these CD's are available in OneWellness signature packages but are also available individually at the office. David specializes in helping clients with chronic issues that manifest in our subconscious. He works to break these patterns by using suggestive hypnotherapy techniques that you can also listen to at home.

Kristine Clevenger

Individual and Corporate Chair Massage Therapist
Kristine received her training at Three Oaks Academy, a dynamic school of healing therapies located in Boise, Idaho. To enhance her focus she received further training from the International Alliance of Healthcare Educators in Lymphatic Drainage to specifically help post surgery patients in home health care settings. She’s currently studying Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Berkeley with Body Intelligence, an international practitioner program. BCST is an effective subtle bodywork modality that skillfully works with the Breath of Life present within each being to facilitate natural reorganization in the body tissues. Change is physiological and psycho-emotional and is appropriate for both adults & children.

Tracie VanHook

Certified Personal Fitness Trainer
Tracie VanHook has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Tracie holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and a Masters degree in Exercise Sciences. She is considered a master trainer with advanced personal training certifications in ACSM and NASM and has expertise with clientele ranging from the novice to elite athletes. Tracie has joined the OneWellness team to provide private and partner fitness training and has developed our outdoor, 6-week WomenFit! program offered throughout the year. Tracie is fun and motivational - listening and inspiring her clients in a very personal way - leading them to their personal goals and a lifelong love of fitness!

Keith Erickson

Certified Yoga Instructor
Keith Erickson, ERYT-500, has been teaching yoga full time since 2002. Voted one of the Peninsula’s top two yoga teachers in the Daily News 2010 People's Choice Awards,
his energizing Vinyasa flow sessions emphasize fluid transitions in rhythm with the breath. Each session is a moving meditation with positive intentions, hands-on adjustments and a non-competitive environment.
An avid traveler, Keith has spent more than a year in India practicing yoga, meditation and shiatsu. He has led yoga workshops and retreats in India, Bali, Mexico, Japan, California, Hawaii, Sedona and The Bahamas.
Formally trained by Yoga Arts in Bali (200 hours) and Tribe Yoga in India (500 hours), Keith’s informal training continues with each breath and every practice.
